Bugged map delete/fix/check

I couldn't jump over low wall on slide stage on mg_desert_course_lr. Asked admin Robb3play to come and he couldn't do it with godmode. Jump itself feels as if player's speed would surpass the point where jumping over low wall is possible, which is at higher speed.
